When we wake up in the morning, the first thing we do now is open our social media and scroll through every post or story. Checking our friends yesterday's party, our ex-story or someone we don't even know. We seem connected to the world, but inside ourselves is really lonely. We seem to understand everyone, but do we really know them? We all know what we truly want and what we think, but can we face it and tell our partner. Layton does not know so he wrote this song to record the feeling he has.
